Updates On Mi Life

Hello Y'all.

I haven't done a life update in 5ever so Imma do one now.

SO.

SCHOOL. 

As some of you may know, I am in grade 12 this year. As some of you may also know, I am also taking a college course this year.

Basically, A local college is working with a government program to pay for the degree and while we do it, we get credits for high school as well. By the end of July I will be a full certified health care aide, ready to work in hospitals.

Going off of this, I'm thinking of changing my career aspirations.

My old plan was to finish this course and then use it to pay for University. For university I was planning on going to Calgary to study to be a Midwife, and whilst doing so, rent out my sisters basement.

My current idea of a plan is:

To keep being a Health Care Aide as my career. I've really been enjoying my class. I also researched salaries, and HCA's make more then midwives. They also have guaranteed hours and benefits. Midwives often do not.

This route I wouldn't have to upgrade my classes next year for the ones I'm missing by taking this course. I also wouldn't have any student loans or debt. 

ALSO, (best part) I get to move out sooner.

I think if I choose this route I would take a class to be a doula, so I could still do what I want to do as a midwife.

I don't know. We'll see, It just helps me to write down my thoughts. It's also helpful for me to go back and see what I was thinking.

ALSO! Only 13 days until I get to meet my niece!
